You don't need any additional settings to view the "Basic" package.
The "Extended" package will require a login and password provided by the Operator.

For mobile devices.
For Android OS, you need to download and install the IPTVPotral app from the RuStore or GooglePlay store. For iOS OS from the AppStore

For Windows PCs and laptops.
You need to download and install the IPTVPotral Player application.

The app has been running on TVs since 2012 and newer.
Supported series are E, F, H, J, K, etc.
Older TV versions are not supported.

LG TVs with SmartTV function
The application has been running on TVs since 2013 and newer (Netcast 4.0/4.5 and webOS operating systems of all versions).

Android OS requirement: version 4.0 and higher.
